Cedar sage is slow-burning and perfect for full smudge rituals, ceremonies, and magic. Cedar is highly protective and used to create a shield against negative energy. Use cedar for cleansing and purification to bring forth strength, renewal, and grounding energy.
Cleansing with the smoke of our sacred smudge sticks is a wonderful thing to do when moving into a new home, after an argument, after illness, if you suspect danger, or just to revitalize your space.
You can smudge your home, workplace, car, yourself, pets, or loved ones.
All our products are derived from Mother Nature, no two are ever identical. The photos are representative of what you'll receive, but the coloring and size of each stick are slightly different. You will not receive the same, exact stick from the photo, but one extremely similar.
Smudging:
Smudging ceremonies using herbs, resins, Palo Santo Wood and incense are a custom of many indigenous cultures throughout the world, including North American indigenous peoples. Traditionally used in rituals, ceremonies, for spiritual purification, house blessings, and spiritual cleansing. The smoke is believed by many to cleanse their space, cleanse body and aura, drive away negative energy and, help reconnect with mother earth. Make sure the room where you are smudging is well ventilated. Open all the doors and windows. This is essential to not only drive out the negative energies (provide them with a route out) but also as a health precaution. Do not use if you suffer from Asthma or have respiratory issues. Do not use near infants or young children or anyone who is or may be pregnant. Do not leave burning smudge unattended! If you are just starting out with smudging don't be too worried about which instructions are 'correct' or 'work best'. Do what works best for you and 'feels right’ for you. Your 'intention' is a key component of the ritual so be clear on what you want to achieve and keep that in mind as you perform the ritual. At the end of the ceremony make sure the stick is extinguished.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on any returned packages.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Due to an increase in order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for us to fulfill and you to receive your order. Our current estimated time in which your order will ship is 7-10 business days but may extend to 10-14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details. We ship our orders via USPS and UPS. The customer assumes all responsibilities for shipping costs and fees.
Shipping Times
Due to the handcrafted nature of Breathe Enlight Apothecary, please allow 3-5 business days for all order processing. During the summer months, we only ship orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid excess exposure to heat.
