Shipping policy

Holiday Shipping (November-December)

Due to an increase in order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for us to fulfill and you to receive your order. Our current estimated time in which your order will ship is 7-10 business days but may extend to 10-14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details. 

We ship our orders via USPS and UPS. The customer assumes all responsibilities for shipping costs and fees. 

Shipping Times

Due to the handcrafted nature of Breathe Enlight Apothecary, please allow 3-5 business days for all order processing. 

During the summer months, we only ship orders  Monday-Wednesday to avoid excess exposure to heat. 

Address Changes / Undeliverable Packages

Please double check your address. If your address is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@breatheenlight.com to correct your address before your order is processed for shipping. If your order ships with the incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for communicating the updated address with the mail carrier (UPS or USPS).

Breathe Enlight Apothecary is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, we can reship the package. However, the buyer will be responsible for providing an updated address and will be charged a reshipping fee.

If you prefer a refund instead of submitting a reshipping fee, a refund will be processed minus your original shipping fee.


Please be aware that Breathe Enlight Apothecary is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our facility. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 


All "return to sender" packages that incur due to a wrong address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Lost/ Stolen Packages

We understand this is the last thing you want to happen with your package. These types of losses are insured with the shipping carrier. Breathe Enlight Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by USPS and UPS.

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19, USPS may no longer be able to accept or deliver international mail to several countries. Click here to see if your country is affected.

We currently offer internal shipping globally. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. 

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

International orders will be shipped via DHL or USPS. When ordering outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees once the shipment has reached the destination country. Any additional custom clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Breathe Enlight Apothecary is not responsible for any of these charges. 

Since customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, if a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies range from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs may reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

 

Pre-Order Policy

From time to time Breathe Enlight Apothecary will offer items for PRE-ORDER.
Pre-Order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. Please make note of each pre-order item estimated shipping time before purchasing. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship. To avoid delay in the shipping of other pre-order sale items and ready to ship items, please place each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together. The estimated production time on all Pre-Orders is 2-3 weeks from the closing date of pre-order listing - SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE but our team will do our best to update our customers on any delays. You will receive USPS tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order If you need an item by a designated date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. Pre-orders can have production delays. When placing your pre-order you agree to these terms. DO NOT place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait for your item(s) to arrive. Breathe + Enlight Apothecary does not accept any cancellations or order modifications on preorders after 24 hours.
